Maelys’ll take the lot: VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal and Afterpay. For subscription orders they accept all of the above methods except Paypal and Afterpay.

Due to how quickly our distribution centre works, they cannot cancel or edit orders once they’re placed.

If your shipping information is incorrect, please contact them and they will try their best to update your shipping information.

If you receive your order and want to return or exchange it - they’ll be happy to help. For more details on their return/exchange policies and how to make a return/exchange, please see the “returns and exchanges” section.

If the item(s) in your shipment arrives damaged, please keep the box, packing materials and the item(s) and contact them at customerservice@maelyscosmetics.com.

Please include a photo and your order number and they’ll take it from there.

If your order appears to be lost, they advise you to contact them by email within the first 14 business days of placing your order for US orders and within 30 days for international orders, and they’ll be happy to assist you.

If your package is listed as delivered according to tracking information, but you still have not received it, please contact them promptly via email, and they’ll be happy to assist you. Orders returned to them due to invalid shipping information can be resent. However, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.

For U.S., UK & European orders:

To return any item(s) using a prepaid shipping label, please email them to customerservice@maelyscosmetics.com with the following subject line: “REFUND - ORDER #12345678”.

In the body of the email, please include the product(s) you would like to return and the reason(s), and their customer service team will take care of the rest.

Once you receive the label from their team, please affix the printed prepaid return label to the outside of the box and ship it back to them (drop it at the relevant carrier based on the printed label).

They’ll process your return as soon as they receive it. If the returned items are compliant with our return policy, as listed below, they will refund your order automatically (shipping costs excluded). If not, they will contact you and be more than happy to solve any issues and make it right for you.

All of their products can be returned or exchanged within 60 days of the purchase date.

In order to return your order please send it back to them via a traceable method to the address written below. Please make sure to keep the tracking information should they need it for tracking purposes. Please note that they do not provide a pre-paid return label for International orders. Any items wished to be returned will be at the expense of the customer.
