I can't find the app on my device anymore?
You may have accidentally deleted the app from your home screen. If your membership is still active, you can reinstall the app and you will not be charged extra.
I'm a member but have lost my device, what do I do?
If you have lost your tablet or phone and you do not get a replacement device it is not possible to get a refund on the remainder of your subscription. If you do get a replacement device you need to download the app again by following the instructions under βHow do I download The Mail+ app?β

Do I get access to MyMail Rewards, Offers & Competitions?
As a Digital Edition, Premium and Ultimate Pack subscriber you will get access to all MyMail Rewards, Offers & Competitions.
When will I receive my voucher book for my subscription?
Voucher books will be with you within 10 days of your order subscription confirmation. For subscriptions with both a voucher book and a digital subscription, you will have access to the Daily Mail Newspaper Edition app as soon as you receive confirmation.
