Naked Wines accept payments through VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Maestro.

Naked Wines ships within the selected countries provided during checkout.

They'll send you an email when your order has left their warehouse, plus another on your delivery date, letting you know your case is on its way. They'll also provide you with a 2-hour delivery time slot.

If for any reason your order has been held up at their warehouse, they'll send you an email letting you know and provide a new estimated delivery date. They aim to let you know by 3pm on the day your delivery is due.

You can track your order and request changes to your delivery using the link in your delivery email.

Please check the ‘Thank you for your order’ confirmation email they sent you after you placed your order. This email will always show the contents of your order as it was at the time you placed it. It’s important to check your order confirmation email, not just your order history page on their website - this is because the weblink in your order history will always show the live case contents for any pre-mixed case you may have bought, which they may have updated since you placed your order.
