Where does New Era ship?
New Era ships within the countries that are available during the checkout process.
Can I track the status of my delivery?
Yes, providing the order is on a tracked shipment you can log in to My Account and view the status of your orders. Shipped orders will contain the tracking number that can be used on the carrier’s website to track the delivery. You should also receive an email with this tracking link when the goods are dispatched
Can I change or cancel an order once it’s been placed?
Please note that their operation is fully automated so once an order is successfully placed online, it will immediately process through their systems and into their warehouse for processing for dispatch. They cannot guarantee that they can amend or cancel orders once they have been placed.
Can I return the item?
New Era Company Ltd is proud to provide its customers with the finest quality products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it unworn and unlaundered within 30 days of the order date on your invoice for a refund. Please note you are responsible for return delivery costs.
How long will it take to process my refund?
As soon as they receive the returned item with notice of your cancellation of the order, they will refund the purchase price for that item. This can take up to 28 days from you send your parcel, to them process the refund. They do not refund the item’s normal postage charge to you unless they delivered the item to you in error (an ‘Incorrect’ item), or if the item is damaged or defective.
