We ship to the US. To do this online you need to make sure that the ‘United States’ is the country selected at the top right of the website. Shipping to other countries outside of Europe would need to be arranged by yourselves as an ex works - they will contact you when your order is ready for collection with the weights and dimensions for this.

• Please note that the goods will be shipped as your responsibility with your courier.

If you have an online account you can see the status and estimated dispatch date and track your order if it has been dispatched. If you do not have an online account, please refer to your order confirmation for the lead time; you will receive an email once your order has been dispatched.

If you received damaged products, contact their customer service team and they will reach out to you.

This will be processed within 14 days, you will receive a credit note with your refund details once this has been done.

If a customer (not a business) would like to return a product, they need to be notified within 14 days of receipt of the product; the customer must then return the product within a further 14 days.

Any items which have been personalised cannot be returned as they are deemed bespoke pieces The product to be returned must be sent back in the same condition that they were received in and should not have been installed. They should be sent back to their Head Office address by a tracked/signed courier service and must be well-packed to ensure safe delivery. They are unable to accept items that are not returned in their original state.

In order to arrange a return, customers must fill in the Contact Form. This will be processed, and they will respond within 48 hours. On confirmation, customers will be emailed a label to stick on the box.
