What if I get a faulty product?
The customer must notify the Dusk Lighting within 24 hours of receipt of any damages, faults or incomplete fittings. After this period of time, they cannot accept responsibility. Faulty or damaged goods will be replaced or refunded in full, depending on the customers’ requirements. If only part of the item is damaged/faulty the Dusk Lighting will send out a replacement for that part. In the event that a part cannot be supplied, the complete item will be replaced. Dusk Lighting will pay for the return carriage of damaged or faulty goods. Regarding damaged or faulty goods Dusk Lighting will not be held liable for any related costs incurred by the customer, for example, Electrician fees, loss of earnings etc.
What is Dusk Lighting return policy?
Before returning any goods to Dusk Lighting, please contact them via sales@dusklighting.com. They will then issue you a returns authorisation number. All goods must be returned in their original condition with all of the original undamaged packaging and in an outer postal box within 30 days of receiving your order. They will not pay for any unwanted goods to be returned. Goods may be returned by courier or by registered post, and this cost must be met by the customer.
When will I get my refund?
Once the goods have been returned to Dusk Lighting please allow up to 5 working days for the refund to be issued.
