Otticanet will not issue any refund for returns that do not satisfy all of the conditions indicated above; any way you will have the option to require the return of your item in the same condition Otticanet has received it, at your charges, within thirty (30) days after their notification of receipt.

Refunds are processed within approximately six (6) business days from the return. Your refund will be credited back to the same credit card or PayPal account used to pay for the original purchase. PayPal extra charges will not be refunded. Your account should be credited within one or two billing cycles from the date of return depending on the refund policy of the credit card used.
