Your ship confirmation email will contain a tracking number link, that will allow you to check the status of your package.
What is Paleo Ridge return policy?
They offer a very popular return service for liners. Once you have saved 12 clean and usable pieces, they can arrange the free collection. On the return of 12 clean and undamaged strips, they will issue 3 loyalty points per strip to your account. Please note they cannot issue any reward if any of the returned strips are damaged, if there is no name and address inside the box, or if you do not have an account with them.
How do I gain my loyalty points?
Once they receive your return, each piece needs to be thoroughly checked for damage. They will then apply the points to your account for every 12 undamaged pieces they receive. Your points will be applied to your account within 2 weeks of their return. If you do not see the points on your account within that timescale, that could mean some of the pieces have arrived damaged.
