Once your order has been shipped PAYNTR will provide you an email containing all of your tracking numbers.

Please inspect your order upon recepetion and contact them immediately at info@payntrgolf.co.uk with images and a description if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that they can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges can take up to 5 working days after being recieved to be processed and a replacement item will then be sent out. They will notify you when your replacement item has been shipped and you should receive a notificatoin from their courier regarding delivery.

They have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the invoice.

They will notify you once they've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 working days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
