When will my order dispatched?

PicStop aims to dispatch all orders on the day of order, regardless of the time of ordering during the working day. How do I return an item?

What do I do if my product is faulty?

If you suspect that your product may be faulty please contact them and report the issue. In some instances, they may be able to resolve the issue remotely for you with a few questions, if that was not possible they would offer you their Freepost returns details. Please ensure you let them know within 30 days of receipt and you will be entitled to a replacement or a full refund after this period faults will be dealt with in line with the terms of the warranty provided by the manufacturer, as advertised at the time of ordering on the product page.
