The Green Welly Stop UK Voucher Codes & Discounts October 2020

The Green Welly Stop will make every endeavour to cancel your order if has not already been dispatched. If your order has already been despatched please follow their standard returns procedure, the instructions will be contained within the parcel.
1. You cannot change the order after you have completed the order process.
2. If your item is outdoor based (ie outdoor clothing) - please phone the Outdoor Store on 01301 702089 between 9.00 am to 5.00 pm seven days a week.
3. If your item is not outdoor-based, (ie gifts, presents) - please phone the Goodies & Gifts store on 01301 702085 between 9.00 am to 5.00 pm seven days a week.
4. If your item is Alcohol, - please phone their Whisky Galore store on 01301 702084 between 10.00 am to 5.00 pm seven days a week.
5. If you do happen to phone the incorrect team, they are all located in the same building, so they will be able to direct you to the right person.

Please note - The Green Welly Stop do not exchange products.
If you wish an alternative size/product, please place a new order for the required item, and follow the returns procedure above.

1. Returns extended until 31st January for all purchases in the month of December. This Policy is for goods purchased on The Green Welly Stop website.

3. Unwanted goods may be returned for a refund provided they are returned in their original condition, unused and unopened within 28 days of delivery with the 4. Returns Details included within your order.
5. Except in relation to incorrectly supplied goods where your statutory rights are unaffected.
6. For all their products the original manufacturers’ packaging is part of the goods sold to you, so please retain it for at least 28 days in case you wish to return them for any reason. Although your statutory rights as a consumer will not be affected, the goods are second hand without the packaging.
7. On receipt of the returned goods, The Green Welly Stop will give you a refund of the amount paid for the goods.
8. If you notify them of your intention to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery (or prior to delivery) then the original delivery charge will be reimbursed in full (only if the FULL order is returned), If you have originally paid for faster shipping/next day, only the standard postage will be refunded. After these 14 days, then you have a further 14 days to return the item to them.
9. For hygiene reasons certain items, underwear cannot be returned if unwrapped or worn - unless faulty.
10. Perishable items such as food cannot be returned unless found to be faulty.
