If you're not satisfied with your purchase at Polar Recovery, you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns must be unused, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.

Returns are free for all Uk customers on orders over £150, any orders under £150 will require the customer to cover the return shipping cost. All return costs from countries situated outside the UK are not covered by their policy and will be the customer’s responsibility. The shipping costs on the original order are not eligible for refunds.
