What is the payment method?

What is the return policy?
Returns are accepted only if the goods are damaged. You must inform them within 24 hours from receipt by email or phone. Pong Cheese may request you return the item(s) to them in original, complete, and undamaged packaging. If the item has not been returned to them in the original condition, they reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item. All returned goods must be accompanied by the delivery slip that accompanied the consignment.
What if I might not be in to receive the order?
All Pong orders are shipped as ‘Leave Safe’ so the recipient doesn’t need to be in to receive it and the driver will always try to leave it with a neighbor if they don’t feel it can be left on a porch or other protected area.
I want to order a Pong Cheese Club but I can’t see how to change the delivery schedule?
Once you’ve made you, simply reply to your order confirmation email once you have one and let them know when you’d like them to go out. Otherwise, you can just email them after you’ve made the order but please make sure you include the order number in your email.
What is Pong Cheese cancellation policy?
If your order has not yet been shipped, they are happy to cancel this for you. To enable Pong Cheese to do this, please contact them by telephone immediately.
When will my refund be processed?
Once your order has been received at Head Office, Pong Cheese will issue the appropriate refund. Pong Cheese aim to do this within 48 hours of receipt, however during busy periods this can sometimes take longer.
