Choose from a range of delivery options to suit you. Their products are made to order with love and care from start to finish, so they can take around 10 to 15 working days to be manufactured.

Choose from the following delivery options at the checkout:

• Standard delivery: 3 - 5 working days
• Expedited delivery: 2 - 3 working days
• Rush delivery: 1 working day

Once the item is manufactured (5-10 working days) it will be immediately dispatched based on your selected Delivery method. You can check the status of your order in real time on Printerpix.co.uk, simply enter your order number or tracking number.

Once you have submitted your order, the project(s) is sent in immediately for print processing. Please ensure that your order is correct prior to placing the order, If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so prior to printing, which may be anything from 30 minutes to 1 business day of placing your order, by telephone only. Any cancellation, after the files have entered the printing process, will be charged a cancellation fee.

Any discount vouchers purchased directly from PrinterPix can be cancelled and refunded in full within 7 working days of the purchase date.
