How can I cancel my order?
Once you have submitted your order, the project(s) is sent in immediately for print processing. Please ensure that your order is correct prior to placing the order, If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so prior to printing, which may be anything from 30 minutes to 1 business day of placing your order, by telephone only. Any cancellation, after the files have entered the printing process, will be charged a cancellation fee. Any discount vouchers purchased directly from PrinterPix can be cancelled and refunded in full within 7 working days of the purchase date.
