You have 30 calendar days from receipt of your order in which to inspect the goods and advise them if they were faulty on arrival. During this initial 30 day period, you are covered by their quality guarantee in addition to your normal rights and will qualify for a replacement or a full refund once the faulty items have been returned to us if required, in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Roov will cover the costs incurred for returning the item or provide a Freepost label. With a faulty item, once received, they will issue your replacement or refund you via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs.
You can check when your order was dispatched in the My Orders section of your account. Roov estimate 2-5 working days for it to arrive with you. However, they do face postal delays sometimes. If this does happen they have to wait 7 working days before the postal services will allow them to file a lost in post claim and issue you with a refund/replacement (stock dependent).
Roov do aim to dispatch orders as soon as possible but if they catch it in time they will be able to cancel it for you. If your order is not already being picked then you can cancel it in your My Orders section of your account. Simply find the order in question and press the red 'Cancel' button. If they are able to cancel it for you they will, of course, issue you with a refund. If the order has already been dispatched then they will ask you to return it to them before they can issue a replacement or a refund.
Roov do aim to dispatch orders as soon as possible but if they can catch your message in time they will be able to change the address on it for you. Please get in touch with them via their Contact Us form. Include the phrase "Change Of Address" in the subject line and your order number in the message and if their customer service team get to your email before your order is dispatched your address will be updated for you. If the order has already been dispatched then they will have to wait for it to be returned from the incorrect address before they can issue a replacement or a refund.
