Their shoes are machine washable as needed. They recommend cold water and mild detergent on gentle cycle and air dry only. The insoles should be removed from the shoes prior to washing but they too can be machine washed. Do not use bleach. Since they are made out of recycled plastic water bottles they will shrink if exposed to heat of any sort.

It can take between 1–4 business days (not including weekends and national holidays) for them to prepare a package for international delivery. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. If there has been no update on the tracking information for more than 5 business days, please let them know so that they can help with the next steps.

Rothy’s are designed to be the most comfortable shoes in your closet. All their styles are built according to established industry standards for fit and sizing. Unworn merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery. While they do not offer exchanges, they do offer free return shipping and full refunds on returns initiated within the 30 day window. Paid shipping fees will not be refunded. Worn, washed, or altered merchandise will not be accepted. Merchandise must be returned with all tags attached. Final sale items include: Gift cards, Gift with purchase, and any items tagged final sale on their website.
