• 28 days or less before the departure date, the cancellation cost is 100% of the holiday cost.

If travel (flight/train/ferry) is not included:

• 14 days or longer before the departure date, the cancellation cost is 0%.
• 8 days to 13 days before the departure date, the cancellation cost is 50% of the holiday cost.
• 7 days or less before the departure date, the cancellation cost is 100% of the holiday cost.
• Please note that for ‘Customisable’ bookings only the lead booker can ask Secret Escapes to cancel the trip or to remove one of the named customers from the booking.
