If you used a promotional voucher when you purchased the item then this may affect your refund amount.  If the promotional voucher required a minimum spend, and returning the item causes the total order value to fall below this amount, the promotion will no longer apply.  The remaining items in that order will be valued at their full price again, and your refund for the returned item will be the total cost of your order, less the full price of the remaining items that you keep.

You’ll need to bear the cost of return freight as this will not be reimbursed. You’re welcome to use any shipping method you’d like, however, Sleepy Silk recommend picking a method with a tracking feature so that you ensure the item is received by them. Once they receive your item, they will process a refund back to the credit card that you originally used to make the purchase.
