Smiffys has several active discounts running across the site, with the standout offer being £25 off your first purchase. This is the best place to start if you're a new customer, though returning shoppers and those buying at different spend levels will find better value elsewhere. The key is matching the offer to your basket size and shopping plans.
Buying from Smiffys for the first time: The £25 off your first purchase deal is worth taking straightaway. If your basket comes to more than around £167, the 15% off all orders deal would save you more (roughly £25 or more), so do compare at checkout before you apply your discount. Newsletter signup also offers special promotions, though you'll want to check the terms when you sign up.
Baskets under £125: The 15% off all orders will beat the 10% sitewide offer on any basket size, so use that instead. Free shipping is included on all orders, which saves you the delivery cost without needing a separate code.
Baskets between £125 and £167: The 15% off all orders deal continues to be your best bet, typically saving you £19 to £25 depending on your exact spend.
Baskets over £167: The 15% off all orders offer is the strongest discount at this level, as the savings (£25 plus) outweigh any other available deal.
Shopping the sale: Smiffys has dedicated sales sections with up to 75% off sale products, and a separate costume and accessories sale with reductions of up to 70%. These deep discounts on selected items typically beat the standard percentage-off offers, so browse the sale category first if you're flexible on what you're buying.
At checkout: Only one discount applies at a time, so compare your final basket total under each available offer and choose whichever gives you the bigger saving. The 15% off deal usually wins on mid to large baskets, the £25 first purchase discount suits new customers, and the sale discounts are worth checking if you're after specific items already marked down.
Here are some great tips & tricks for extra savings at Smiffys:
Smiffys accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card, Diners Club, Maestro, and PayPal.
Smiffys ships within the countries that are available during the checkout process.
Your ship confirmation email will contain a tracking number link, that will allow you to check the status of your package.
This depends on the status of your order, where possible we will amend your order. Please call or email and Smiffys will do their best. Please note once an order status has been changed to 'Shipped' then we are unable to amend the order.
If you think your order should have been with you already then please check the standard delivery times below. Occasionally standard delivery can take a little longer so please allow 10 working days before contacting them.
If unfortunately, you find your order is damaged or faulty it can be returned to us for a full refund within 30 days from the delivery date.
