Each piece of jewelry is carefully hand-fabricated in their NYC studio, so please allow up to 4 weeks to receive your piece. Selecting faster shipping options will not speed up the time it takes to make the jewelry. If you would like to request a rush order, please contact the studio at customerservice@sophieratner.com, and they are happy to meet your needs. International orders are responsible for their own return shipping. International customs duties are not included in the shipping fee. The destination country’s government may charge international orders customs fees, and these are not included in the shipping fee.
As most of their jewelry is made to order - necklaces, earrings and bracelets are returnable for store credit within 14 days of receiving your order. Rings and special orders are not returnable. Just email them directly and we’ll take you through the process. All Sale purchases are final.
