How can I enter my promo code?
If you have been given a promo code to apply towards a Sounds subscription, and do not know where to enter the code, you can redeem your promo code on the Sounds sign up page found here. Note that Sounds promo codes can only be applied to the Sounds 100 Monthly subscription, and that promo codes are only for new users.
How can I cancel my splice subscription?
Whether you’re subscribed to a Sounds plan or a Rent-to-Own plan, you can cancel your plan at any time from the Splice billing page. Once you’re on the billing page, select Manage next to the subscription you wish to cancel. If you’re cancelling a Sounds plan, you’ll be prompted with a list of reasons for cancellation. Select a reason, then click Continue.
Why can’t I subscribe?
If you are attempting to subscribe or resubscribe to a Splice Sounds or Rent-to-Own plan, you may be met with a payment error message seen in the image examples below. This payment error signifies the user’s payment for the plan has been declined. If your payment has declined, they highly recommend that you contact your bank or card issuer first. If your credit card is linked to your PayPal, they suggest reaching out to your bank or credit card company before contacting PayPal.
How do my download credits work?
Your sample credits are added to your account each month. When you download a sample, you use a credit. Once you’ve downloaded the sample, future downloads of that sample won’t cost you any credits
