The delivery of your order depends on the service provider. For an order delivered by COLISSIMO:  The order is delivered by post (postman or specific route). If you are present during delivery, the delivery person will give you the package with a signature. If you are absent, you will find a delivery notice in your mailbox and your package will be kept for 10 days at the Post Office closest to the delivery address provided.
