How can I cancel an order?
Swoon are sorry to hear that you would like to cancel your order. Please contact their care team through their online form letting them know your order number and the item(s) you wish to cancel. Swoon will confirm when this has been processed and will issue you with a full refund, which will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-10 working days.
How can I return an item?
Swoon are sorry you would like to return an item from your order. No problem though, just request to return the item within the 14-day period after receipt. Swoon will come to collect it and refund you the cost of the product and the delivery fee, but a collection charge will still apply. This will be the same amount as the delivery fee. Swoon mattresses come with a 100-night trial. If you find their mattress is not to your liking within 100 days, they can collect this for you free of charge and issue you with a full refund. Let them know of your intention to return something by sending their care team an email through their online form. Make sure to include your order number, specify which item you would like to return and let them know your availability. Swoon care team will get back to you shortly and arrange a collection free of charge.
How long will my refund take?
All refunds are credited back via your original payment method and will be visible in your account within 5-10 business days. These will appear on your statement as coming from ‘Sourceable Ltd’ as this is their registered trading name. If you have contacted them to cancel your order, they will process this cancellation immediately. If you are awaiting confirmation of a returned item, they will confirm this once the item has been returned back to them which is usually 48 hours after the collection has taken place.
Can I exchange my item for something else?
Swoon are sorry, but they aren’t able to exchange any furniture for you. If you’d like to cancel your order before delivery, you can do so by signing into your account via their website, then clicking on the profile icon on the top right-hand side of the page. Find your order, then click on ‘Cancel this Item’ beneath the piece that you no longer want. Swoon will issue you a full refund. If your furniture has already been delivered, but you’ve changed your mind and would like something else, no problem, just let them know within 14-days. Contact their care team and they will arrange for a free return of your furniture. You can contact their care team through their live chat feature and via their online form. You can then purchase what you would like by placing a new order via their website.
