What is the return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return your item within 30 days of receipt. Please call them at 1 (877) 860 8624 to obtain a pre-paid return label(s). All returned items must be in NEW and UNUSED condition, and they will not accept returns for the following: Custom-built golf clubs, personalized golf balls, and personalized accessories. All returns will be inspected prior to credit being issued. Items returned must be accompanied by the original Packing Slip.
What is the refund policy?
Please allow a minimum of 10 days for us to receive and process your return. You can expect a refund within 30 days of when we receive your return. We’ll notify you via email once we’ve processed the returned product(s). We’ll credit or refund the value of the merchandise total. We’re sorry, but we don’t credit shipping costs for returned orders. Refunds will be given in the same form of payment as the original purchase.
What is the exchange policy?
TaylorMade Golf are sorry but we do not have an exchange policy at this time. They ask that you purchase the new item and return the unwanted item. You may return a product within 30 days of receiving your item. Please see their Return Policy above.
