What if I miss my delivery?
Don’t worry. Like any courier service, a card with a new proposed delivery time will be posted through your door, allowing you to arrange to be there on next delivery. Delivery via Parcelforce couriers and will take place between 8 am -5: 30 pm. If you’re not at home a card will be left to notify you.
How can I return the item?
Please contact them to arrange a returns note for your return. To ensure prompt resolution, please provide the order ID and keep the box, packaging materials and the items you are returning.
Please remember to obtain and keep the proof of postage receipt and your tracking number. Courier charges for parcels are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable, except in cases where the item arrived faulty or damaged. In this case please contact them for further details on how they can assist you.
When will I receive my refund?
If you have chosen a refund for your returned product, they will process the calculated refund within 7 days of receiving your returned goods.
