They think children 12 and over will enjoy The Dungeons, but younger kids are welcome at the discretion of the adult accompanying them. Children aged 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Be aware that some of the shows are very dark and have loud noises, which some children may find frightening. If your child does find it all a bit too much, you can leave the attraction at any time; ask a member of staff to help you find the way out safely.

How can I cancel my booking?

Should you or any member of your party need to cancel your booking once it has been confirmed, the party leader must immediately advise them. All cancellations must be made through the call center.
