What is the recommended minimum age of visitors?
They think children 12 and over will enjoy The Dungeons, but younger kids are welcome at the discretion of the adult accompanying them. Children aged 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Be aware that some of the shows are very dark and have loud noises, which some children may find frightening. If your child does find it all a bit too much, you can leave the attraction at any time; ask a member of staff to help you find the way out safely.
Can I Take Photographs in The Dungeons?
Photography is not allowed inside The Dungeons, but official photographs ate taken at various points inside the attraction, which you can purchase before you leave. You better start practicing your scary face right now.
When is the best time to visit The Dungeons?
The Dungeons is open every day apart from Christmas Day, but they will be busiest during school holidays and around Halloween. The Dungeons is also open late on a few select dates, so you can enjoy after-hours fun.
How can I cancel my booking?
Should you or any member of your party need to cancel your booking once it has been confirmed, the party leader must immediately advise them. All cancellations must be made through the call center. As soon as you cancel, your unique confirmation email voucher will become void and non-redeemable. They regret it is not possible to make refunds in respect of canceled bookings.
