Royal Mail Special Delivery

• Order before 2:30pm Monday to Friday.

DPD Next Working Day with SMS

• £6.99.
• Order before 4:30pm Monday to Friday.

Click and Collect

• £1.99.
• FREE over £40.
• Only certain stores are currently open for Click and Collect, please check The Fragrance Shop website to view the latest up-to-date list.
• For all Click and Collect orders, you will be emailed once your is ready for collection within 30 minutes (Please do not set off for the store until you receive your “Ready For Collection” email). If stock is not in the store, your order will be shipped from a warehouse to your choice of store within 2 - 7 working days (as indicated at the checkout). This email contains your reference number which you’ll need to retain and produce in-store to collect your parcel.
• Once ready your order will be kept in store for 7 days. If it is not collected within 7 days your order will be cancelled and you will be refunded.
• Please note all orders are screened by The Fragrance Shop’s order processing team; some orders may take a bit longer than usual to be available for collection.

Collect+

• £3.99.
• Order before 2pm Mon-Thurs for next working day delivery.
• You will be notified by email or text message once your order arrives in store and is ready to collect. This email contains your tracking number which you’ll need to retain and produce in-store along with ID to collect your parcel.

The Fragrance Shop Returns Policy:

• 90 days returns on all online orders.

RMA Form

• If you’re posting items back to The Fragrance Shop you will need an RMA number (returns number) on the outside of your package.
• To access an RMA form, please log into your account or create a new account.

How To Return An Item

In-Store:

• You are now able to return products purchased via The Fragrance Shop’s website to your local store.
• Please make sure you retain all original packaging, including outer packaging, to use if returning the goods.
• If the goods are incorrect please return them without removing the cellophane wrapper.
• You will need to provide proof of purchase (E-receipt) and return to The Fragrance Shop within 90 days of the original purchase.
• A return can only be processed using the original payment method.
• Please note The Fragrance Shop cannot offer a refund or a return on an item unless you retain the item and its original packaging.

Via Post:

• If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, please notify The Fragrance Shop within 90 days. They will replace the goods or refund your payment, as appropriate.
• Please make sure you retain all original packaging, including outer packaging, to use if returning the goods.
• If the goods are incorrect please return them without removing the cellophane wrapper.
• To return an item, PLEASE OBTAIN AN RMA NUMBER (returns number). To do this, click ‘My Account’ on the The Fragrance Shop website, click the relevant order number and scroll down to the Returns section of the order page. From here you can request an RMA number. You’ll need to write the RMA number on the outside of the package and post it back to the address detailed in the confirmation email.
