When will my order arrive?
The time taken for your order to arrive will depend on which delivery option you select. All parcels are sent tracked and you can choose from a range from standard delivery to Express Delivery to a home address and collection point, Named day delivery, and Special Delivery. Where is my order?
You should have received a dispatch email from them with your tracking number and estimated delivery date. Please note that the tracking number might not be working before it has been scanned by the courier. However, your order is on its way. If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time please contact them by email or fill in their non-delivery claim form.
What is Perfume Click returns policy?
You can return the products to them in their full original packaging within 28 days of receipt for a refund. If you would like to return your order, please complete their returns form.
