What is your free return policy?
Please note you will need your order number as per your order confirmation email. This is a 9 digit number starting with 2. You will be able to find this on your confirmation email. All returns are processed for a refund. Should you need an exchange, please -order your items online or by phone. If you are based within the USA please click here to process a return. PLEASE NOTE YOUR ORDER NUMBER IS A 9 DIGIT NUMBER BEGINNING WITH 2 AND CAN BE FOUND ON YOUR CONFIRMATION EMAIL OR DELIVERY PACKAGE. If you are based outside the USA. Cost of return shipment is refunded up to USD$20.

Please note that returns have a processing time of up to 14 business days from receipt at our returns facility. This may be longer at peak times. All items must be confirmed as received back in a fully unused and re-saleable condition before we can process your return. Please note that the original shipping fee paid to deliver your order to the shipping address is non-refundable.
