If you have made an error while placing your order or no longer require it to be dispatched, they strongly recommend that you contact them immediately. Their orders are processed directly through their warehouse, which means they have a very fast turnaround time to get items ready for delivery. Please note that once your order has been dispatched, they are unable to cancel or refund it.
The delivery time for your order may vary depending on the specific item you have purchased. For rugs, you may have noticed an estimated delivery time frame which typically ranges between 2-5 working days. However, depending on the dispatching warehouse where your item is located, they may be able to deliver your rug even faster, within 1-2 days.
Their returns policy requires that you send back any necessary returns to their warehouse within 30 days of receiving your order. If there are any delays with the courier, please submit a ticket on this page and provide them with the name of the courier company and your tracking number. Let them know about the delay and they will review the situation and provide any further information needed to ensure that your return falls within the 30-day returns policy.
