If the defect is covered under warranty, they will fix it and get is back to you ASAP! If something isn’t covered under warranty, they will call you to discuss any costs and make a suitable arrangement for you.
All products presented on this website are made to custom order. Thus the order can be canceled only within 3 days from posting the order. If the order was paid by you, they will refund the payment back to you. After three days the order cannot be canceled, they will produce the product and ship to you as ordered.
