The average finish time for a Tough Mudder 5K is 1-2 hours; for Tough Mudder Classic, it’s 3.5–4 hours. That said, Tough Mudder 5K and Tough Mudder Classic aren’t timed events, so you can go at your own pace. How long an event will take you depends on your level of fitness, your experience, and whether or not you’ve been training.

All participants will select a 1-hour start time window during registration. This is your start time window, during which you’ll head out onto the course. Your exact start time within the 1-hour start time window will be selected by you when you arrive at the loading zone area, based on the space available. There are a limited number of slots per start time window, so book early to ensure you and your team can all book into the start time window you prefer.

Unfortunately, they do not offer refunds or exchanges on gift codes.

International orders from Tough Mudder will ship from two locations within the US via DHL Packet Plus. On average, these packages arrive in 1-3 weeks but can take up to 5 weeks if there are delays at customs. Orders may ship in multiple boxes. If the full contents of your order do not arrive in the initial shipment, a second package is likely still on the way. Please allow an additional week for a second package to arrive and be processed through your post office.

The tracking number provided by DHL via email will chart the package from our shipping center to the destined country, though DHL tracking may stop there. Once customs processes your package, it will be handed over to your local postal service and can be tracked using the "Delivery By Postal Provider" tracking number on the right of the DHL tracking page. You can use this tracking number for updates once the package enters the country.
