After production, all deliveries are sent the next working day by courier. Some postcodes can take between 3-5 days, however, you have the option to upgrade to faster delivery service at checkout.

Each item within an order can have different production times and delivery addresses, so they treat them as unique orders. Each item joins the production queue individually and is dispatched accordingly. This means you can place one order containing items for different clients, and dispatch won’t be held up by any complex jobs. Their delivery is still free, even when ordering multiple items to multiple addresses.

Your dispatch or delivery date may change if correct artwork files are not received by 6 pm on the day of order, or 11 am for our Same Day service. Any changes to your delivery date will be communicated via email.

Yes. Tradeprint recommend you do send directly to your customer as they’ll receive the work faster. They send all orders in white label packaging without details of the sender on the label, and without any invoices or consignment notes. Firstly, so your customer won’t know where the work was printed, and secondly to save you paying additional postage fees or repackaging the order.
