instantprint accept payments through all major Credit/Debit Cards and PayPal.

instantprint provides shipping within the UK.

You will receive your one-hour window on the day of delivery once the driver has scanned all the parcels onto the van, this is usually by 12 noon.

You can add additional items to your order up to two hours after you’ve placed it if you’ve not yet approved your artwork. For any other amends, please get in touch with our team via Live Chat or over the phone on 0191 27 27 327 and we’ll do our best to help you with this change.

Unfortunately, once your artwork has been approved they are unable to make any changes to the artwork or the order itself due to the quick turnaround times they offer. Please bear this in mind when you are checking your proof, if you have any questions feel free to give them a call or send them an email before you approve the proof.

If you haven’t approved the artwork on your order, you can still add additional items up to two hours after the order has been placed. Call their team on 0191 27 27 327.

If you are not satisfied with your order then you can return it within 28 working days.

If your order has not yet been shipped, they are happy to cancel this for you. To enable instantprint to do this, please contact them by telephone immediately.

Once your order has been received at Head Office, instantprint will issue the appropriate refund. instantprint aim to do this within 48 hours of receipt, however during busy periods this can sometimes take longer.
