Where do my products ship from?

Your product(s) will be shipped to you directly from the individual boutique(s), therefore they will be sent from the country that the boutique is based in. Please be aware that you are responsible for paying any customs and duties incurred in the delivery of your order.

My product has arrived damaged, what can I do?

They're very sorry to hear that your fantastic Trouva find has arrived in less-than-perfect condition. Please contact the Support team and they will organise a replacement for you. They need to provide photos of both the damage and the packaging to resolve this with the boutique so please provide them when getting in touch.
