Generally, orders shipped to the USA are in 2 to 7 business days. For other countries, international shipments are in transit for 7 to 25 business days. This varies depending on the destination country. You can confirm the shipping location before purchase, or be notified after your order is dispatched.

If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with their customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.

If you change your mind before you have received your order, they are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to their refund policy.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, they will process your return or exchange, which might take around seven (7) days. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement depending on your credit card company. They will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
