This is why all VELUX blinds & shutters are supported by a 3-year guarantee with the exception of the replacement blackout blind (Dbl) supported by a 2-year guarantee, which does not in any way affect your statutory rights.

What if the product i order didn't match?

In case the products you have ordered didn't match your needs or the size was wrong you can register a Return here. To use this online form access to a printer is required. This form should not be used if : The item is damaged or defective They sent a different item from your order confirmation.
