What payment methods do you accept?

Village Hotels accepts all major Debit & Credit Card.

What time is check-in/out?

Check-in is 3 pm and check-out is at 11 am. Your room may be available before 3 pm, however, this cannot be guaranteed and the hotel will arrange storage of your luggage until your room is ready. Late checkout may be available during your stay, please check with the hotel reception on arrival. Early Check-In Available from 1 pm midweek and the weekend Standard extra charge of £15 should be applied for an Early Check-In Subject to availability Late Check-Out A Standard extra charge of £20 should be applied for a Late Check-Out. (Excluding "Lazy Sundays" offer which has its own pricing) Late check out is available up to 2 pm Subject to availability.

When will I pay for my booking?

This depends on the rate you have booked. If you are booking a Pay Later rate then a credit or debit card is required to secure your booking subject to the cancellation policy below. Debit and credit cards will be charged at 7 pm the day prior to arrival for the full amount of your entire stay. The card must be presented to the hotel at check-in. No further charges will be made for cancellations received before 7 pm the day prior to arrival. At 7 pm debit or credit cards will be charged for the full amount of your entire stay. Declined transactions will result in the reservation being cancelled. If you have booked a Pay Now or Promotional rate then a credit or debit card is required to secure your booking. Payment in full is required in advance of your stay which will be taken by the hotel within approximately 24 hours of the booking been made. Bookings on these rates are nonrefundable and nontransferable if cancelled.

How do I get free wifi during my stay?

When you arrive at the hotel sign in as a Booking Revolution member and free wifi will apply throughout your stay.

Do you take the money straight away at the time of booking for my room?

For prepaid offers & promotions, payment is taken at the time of booking and is non-refundable.

Where can I check the number of sleepers on my booking?

During the booking process number of sleepers is displayed at the top of the screen layout.

Can I cancel my booking?

Pay now bookings: these require full prepayment at the time of booking. This is non-refundable and non-transferable. Pay later bookings: free cancellation or changes up to 7 pm the night prior to arrival day.

What is your smoking policy?

Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout all public areas and bedrooms. The use of E-Cigarettes throughout our hotels is also prohibited, in both public areas and guest bedrooms A £100 charge will apply to anyone found smoking in a bedroom.

What is The Booking Revolution?

The Village Booking Revolution is a private members' club. It's completely free to join, and members benefit from a range of exclusive benefits including free Wi-Fi, free parking, free access to a gym and swimming pool, and a VWorks hot desk for the day (where available), as well as exclusive member discounts and offers.
