What is the cost of shipping for each delivery?
They only charge a £2.95 delivery fee for your 10-day Waldo Original trial or £4.95 for Waldo Vitamin. Each subsequent shipment will be free of charge.
Can I change the renewal date on my subscription?
Yes, you can easily amend your delivery dates in your Club Waldo account. Planning to be out of the country for a few weeks, or just need more time to decide? No problem, simply delay your next delivery date in your online account.
What is your return policy?
If you find something has gone wrong or if you’ve just had a change of heart and no longer want the lenses you’ve received, please feel free to contact them directly within 30 days of receiving your order. Be mindful that due to the nature of contacts, they cannot provide refunds for any boxes that have been opened or otherwise tampered with. If, however, your box is still sealed, please do get in touch with their customer service team, and they can look further into granting you a refund. In the unlikely event that you’ve received defective lenses, please contact them immediately and they’ll send you replacement lenses. Contact them on [email protected]

What do I do if my contacts arrived damaged?
While uncommon, this does occasionally happen during manufacturing. If you find a damaged lens, please immediately send them an email to [email protected]
with a photo of the LOT number on the outside of the box as well as a photo of the damaged lens, if possible. They can then send you a replacement as quickly as possible.
