What is Warrior's shipping policy?
- Their 2-5 working day delivery means that if you order by 4 p.m. Monday, your order will normally arrive on Wednesday, but this is not guaranteed.
- If you order by 4 p.m. Monday, your order should arrive the next day.
- Their delivery cut-off time is 4 p.m. per working day; in fact, they try to pick and bundle as many orders as possible the same working day they are received, and they always send out orders received after the 4 p.m. deadline, but they don't want to over-promise. Please try to get your order in by 4 p.m. if you need it the next day.
- If you order before 4 p.m. on Friday, you will receive your order on Saturday or Sunday.
What about Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, the Offshore Islands, and the British Forces Post Office?
They have the same delivery service in the United Kingdom; you will not be charged more if you live in Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, or the Islands. You won't have to pay any more for BFPO addresses* because they sponsor their troops overseas and appreciate your efforts. Their delivery strategy is the same: it's a flat fee - and it's FREE on orders of £49 or more.
Due to the Royal Mail delivery service's requirements, all orders for delivery to BFPO addresses must be under 2kg in weight. They do not charge for delivery to BFPO addresses; delivery is normally within one week, but this cannot be guaranteed.
Since the couriers cannot get to BFPO addresses, Highlands, Islands, or Northern Ireland quickly enough from their Manchester warehouse, they are unable to provide the next working day or Saturday delivery.
What important information do I need to know?
Any orders totalling £200 or more will be sent only to the registered billing address; this is simply a protection measure to protect consumers from fraudulent billing information use.
If an order is returned to them due to customer error, there will be a re-shipping charge of £3.99 or £6.99, depending on the courier used. This is due to the expense of repacking and reshipping the piece. As an option, a refund of the item may be given, but the shipping cost must be deducted because it is a cost they incurred when shipping the item out in the first place. If they made a mistake, the item will be re-shipped at their expense.
In the unlikely event that your package arrives broken, please make a note of it when signing for it or request that the courier return it to them. If your order does not arrive, or you receive incorrect goods, or your item arrives damaged, you must notify them within 7 days of placing the order, or they will not be able to rectify the situation. You must email a picture of your invoice, package, and contents to customers@teamwarrior.com so that they can correct the issue. They would not be able to process claims if the products or packaging have been thrown away. If they do request that you return your defective object, they ask that you do so within 14 days of receiving a returns mark. Any damaged returns issued during this period are not eligible for a refund.
Please use caution when opening boxes and avoid using knives, as the majority of their items are shipped in pouches. These are easily damaged by knives and cannot be replaced or reimbursed by their couriers. If you suspect knife damage, they're afraid they won't be able to replace your pieces.
