Does YuppTV auto-renew my annual subscription, after expiration of subscribed duration? If yes, how will I get billed?

To provide users with uninterrupted services, all the non-recurring packages (Quarterly, Yearly and Half-yearly packages) would be converted into respective duration packages after package validity expiration. If any User does not want to continue after the expiration of the non-recurring package, he/she would have to call YuppTV customer support and request for cancellation of the respective package. Any such cancellation request from the User will have to be made within 30 days from receipt of notice of such extension/renewal, post which the Company shall take at least 15 business days to process the same. In such cases, the amount charged on the card for the respective package would be refunded to the User’s respective payment method. In case the User makes such a cancellation request post the above said 30 days, the amount shall be refunded on a pro-rata basis. If the User fails to confirm cancellation within the above-said timeline, the amount for the respective duration package would be charged on the credit card/ Debit Card / PayPal and services will continue on that User's Account.

How can I deactivate YuppTV services on my Smart TV?

User can simply Sign in to YuppTV on mobile or web and go to www.yupptv/myaccount/devices to deactivate his device.

How to cancel the subscriptions purchased from In-app (iTunes and Roku)?

Customers will have the option to stop the next recurring payment in the respective partner accounts.

Why refunded amount is not added yet?

It usually takes 5 - 7 working days after the refund is processed for the refunded amount to reflect in customer's bank account.

Why was my card charged without my authorization?

YuppTV will not charge any customer card without customer authorization. All packages are auto-renewed unless the customer informs Customer Care not to renew the subscription before the current subscription expires.

What is YuppTV's refund policy?

YuppTV will not refund any unutilized price for any part of the Services. However, termination of the subscription shall not relieve the User of any obligations (including, but not limited to the payment for the Services) as set forth in this Agreement. Cancellations of quarterly, half-yearly and yearly packages with and without Devices shall not be permitted under any circumstances as they are available to User at discounted prices. This applies to specific monthly packages as well.
