Alan Wadkins ships within the countries that are available during the checkout process.
How soon will I receive my order?
All products marked in stock are available for same-day dispatch if your order is placed before 3 pm Monday to Thursday. Your order should arrive the next day. After 3 pm will be most likely the day following, however Alan Wadkins will do their utmost to dispatch on the day of order. Friday before 3 pm will be received next working day Monday, After 3 pm Friday will be delivered Tuesday. All International orders should be received within 5 to 10 working days.
How do I know if my order has been accepted?
After placing an order you will receive a confirmation email from us, confirming the status of the order (successful or declined).
Where is my order?
Alan Wadkins will keep you fully informed via email on the progress of your order; you can also track your order from the link in the emails they send you.
What if the product I received is not the item(s) I ordered?
Please contact Alan Wadkins ASAP and they will dispatch the correct product for you.
The item(s) ordered I have received are faulty, what do I do?
Please contact Alan Wadkins ASAP by email or telephone and they will resolve the problem for you.
How do I cancel my order?
If you the customer no longer require or have incorrectly ordered the goods, please notify Alan Wadkins within 7 days of receipt, quoting the invoice number. Items must be in original packaging, unused and in a resalable condition. They will refund the goods excluding the shipping costs within 7 days.
When will my refund be processed?
Once your order has been received at Head Office, Alan Wadkins will issue the appropriate refund. Alan Wadkins aim to do this within 48 hours of receipt, however during busy periods this can sometimes take longer.
