Can I cancel or change my order?
Providing your order hasn’t been processed for despatch: yes, they can cancel it right away. You’ll need to let them know ASAP; the easiest and quickest way to do this is by using their Live Chat service.
If it’s about to leave their warehouse or it’s already gone, they’re sorry but they won’t be able to make any changes to it. This doesn’t affect your right to cancel.
* Your rights to cancel your order: under the Consumer Regulations, you can cancel your order for any reason from the day you place your order and up to 14 days after it’s delivered. To meet the cancellation deadline, your communication exercising the right to cancel must be sent to them before the cancellation period expires. Please allow up to 14 days for the goods to reach them and your account to be refunded. If you paid by card, please allow a further 5 working days for your card to be credited.

My order hasn’t arrived, what should I do?
They’re really sorry that you haven’t received your order yet. If it’s been more than 14 days since it was sent out to you, please contact them via:
* Chat: if a member of their team’s available, this is the quickest way to get in touch – just click the button in the bottom left-hand corner. If no-one’s available, you can leave them, a message.
* Email: click the button in the bottom left-hand corner to leave them a message, and they’ll get back to you as soon as they can. As mentioned above, it may take them a little longer than usual to get back to you.
Can I exchange an item?
They’re unable to offer an exchange service. If you’ve received a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact them and their friendly customer service team will be happy to resolve this for you.

Once you’ve returned your unwanted item, please allow up to 14 days for it to be credited back to your account. If you paid by card originally, please allow a further 5 working days for your card to be credited.
