What is the payment method?
Armor Lux accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal.
How to track my parcel?
* On the top right side of the home page: place your cursor on “Login” and log in using your e-mail address and your password.
* On the top right side of the home page: place your cursor on “My account” and click on “My orders”.
* The tracking number of the parcel will be indicated and you can track your order until it is delivered to your address or to the pick-up shop that you selected. You receive an e-mail which indicates the tracking number of your order.
How to modify my order once it is validated?
No cancellation or modification of the validated order is possible. However, you can return your order free of charge, and place a new correct order.
How to receive my refund?
The refunds and credit notes will be carried out within 15 working days counting from receipt of your return. The method of reimbursement depends on the means of payment used to order :
* Credit card: they will refund you on your bank account.
* PayPal: they will refund you on your PayPal account.
How to do an exchange?
They do not do exchanges. For a new size, another model or another colour, they invite you to reorder on their website.
What are the conditions of a return?
Return is free if you ordered from one of the following countries: France (mainland), Germany, Belgium, United Kingdom, Spain, Netherlands, and Luxembourg. If the order was placed from another country, return charges are at your expense. You have a delay of 15 days after receipt of your order to return your purchase in exchange for a refund or a credit note. If they do not receive your return within 15 days (except in case of force majeure), the return will be cancelled and the purchase will be considered definitive.
