I entered my registration key but the program title bar still says ‘Unregistered’, what to do?
The ‘Unregistered’ message is normal for the free trial key version. This message is only removed by entering the full version key you are sent when you purchase the program. Sometimes, however, a registry error occurs when you enter the free trial key and the Enter Reg Key item in the Internet menu is greyed out so that you cannot enter your full version key.
If this happens please send them an eMail to Ashampoo support and they will help you solve the problem.
I’m not satisfied with the program and I want a refund?
They’re sorry that their program didn’t satisfy you. Since they always do their utmost to ensure that their programs meet their customer’s expectations they’d really appreciate it if you would tell them why you’re not happy when you send them your refund request. This will help them to improve their products and, hopefully, to regain your business.
The money is managed through the online shop where you bought the program, so they need a copy of your order confirmation to be able to process your refund request. Just send them an eMail, if possible with a description of why you’re not satisfied with the program and how they can improve it. As soon as they have checked your details they will process your refund immediately.
I lost the license key I purchased/I do not know my license key. What to do?
You can log onto your account at http://www.ashampoo.com/myashampoo. Once you have logged in, you can view your license key under “Purchased Reg. Keys” if you bought the software on their website. The license key is also included in the confirmation that you receive after the vendor confirms receipt of your payment.
I have not yet received my trial license key/license key, what to do?
If you wish to test any of our programs for a longer period of time, please use the option available in the software for requesting an extended test phase license. You can do this when you start the program or simply go to the Internet menu in the software.
If you do not receive an email after submitting your request, please check whether you correctly entered your email address. If you are using a spam filter to automatically filter out unwanted ads, please check whether the email containing the trial license key has been inadvertently placed in the spam folder.
If you have already ordered and paid for a full-version license but have yet to receive it, please contact the online shop where you placed the order. It will provide you with the license key required to activate the software.
