What are the age limits on travelling?
Avanti Travel Insurance have no upper age limit on both our Single Trip and Annual policies. So if you’re looking for holiday insurance to cover people in their 50s, 60s, 70s or even 80s, they can help to ensure the whole family.
Will my holiday activities be covered?
Yes, your holiday activities will be covered as Avanti Travel Insurance covers over 85 sports and activities as standard.
Who is the insurer for Avanti Travel Insurance?
This insurance is underwritten by ERV, an Ergo Group Company registered in Germany as Europäische Reiseversicherung A.G. and trading in the United Kingdom as ETI International Travel Protection, Companies House Registration FC 25660 and Branch Registration BR 007939.
Can I travel if I am pregnant?
Avanti Travel Insurance do not consider pregnancy or childbirth to be an illness or injury. They only provide cover under sections 1 and 2 – Cancelling and cutting short your holiday, 3 – Medical Emergency Expenses, Repatriation and Hospital Daily Benefit. Please make sure you read the definition of ‘Complications of pregnancy’ in the ‘Definitions’ section of the policy wording booklet.
