How do I return or replace a product?
They know you’ll love their products as much as they do, however, if for some reason you need to refund or replace a purchase take a look at their returns page.
I’ve placed my order online, how soon will I receive my refund?
Your credit/debit card will be credited once they’ve received and processed your return. The credit may not show up on the very next statement you receive in the mail unless it is within your credit/debit card company’s billing or statement cycle, but it should appear on the next one.
I shopped directly with Avon online. How do I return or replace a product?
You can either:
* Return for free via myHermes Collection from your home. - If you need to arrange a courier to collect your parcel, please leave it in your designated safe place to make sure both you and the courier keep a safe distance at all times.
* Return for free via myHermes ParcelShop - To return via post, simply print a returns label at home or show the QR code at your chosen ParcelShop drop-off location.
Be sure to package your returns carefully (they need to be received in good condition in order for them to process your refund).
For a full refund on products with a free gift, please return both or your refund will not be processed.
