Do you have products that can help with eczema?
Unfortunately, The Body Shop cannot recommend any products relating to medical conditions, even common ones such as Rosacea and Eczema, as they are not medical professionals and would not want to exacerbate any symptoms because of a lack of medical knowledge.
Why does The Body Shop claim to be 100% vegetarian but not vegan?
The Body Shop uses honey or beeswax in most of their non-vegan products for both their superior cosmetic properties and because they come from their Community Trade partners. The Body Shop’s honey is from Ethiopia and their beeswax is from Cameroon; both are organic, wild-harvested and from sustainably managed sources, where The Body Shop has long-standing relationships with their partners. In both cases, the bee communities are carefully managed to ensure they continue to thrive.
Do The Body Shop products have a best before/expiry date?
Yes, all products from The Body Shop have a shelf life of three years when unopened; once a product is opened and used its shelf life will vary. There is a symbol on each product which is a small pot with the lid slightly ajar and a number inside. This number refers to the number of months in which to use the product.
I’ve been referred by a friend. How do I get my reward?
Great! If customers received a link from their friend, they need to click on that link to register for the reward. Alternatively, customers can enter their friend’s name on the checkout page by clicking “Been referred by a friend?” underneath the promotion code box. Customers should make sure that they check with their friend to ensure they’ve used the right name as registered, so The Body Shop can find them in their system.
Where is my order?
When customers place an order they will get a confirmation email first. Please note this can take up to 1 working day. Thereafter, customers will receive a dispatch email when the item has been dispatched and on its way. There is a tracking reference link on the dispatch email which customers can use to track their order on the courier's tracking site.
How do I redeem my The Body Shop discount code?
