Bike Club ships within the UK.
An adult will need to be present to sign for receipt of the bike. If you are not in when delivery is attempted, they may need to charge an additional fee to cover the cost of booking a second delivery.
If you need to change your delivery date or address, please get in touch as soon as possible. Once the bike has been dispatched from their warehouses, it is very difficult to arrange for a redirect with their courier. Bikes are bigger than most items they deal with, hence the lack of flexibility.
You have the right to cancel at any time from the moment you place your order online, up to 14 days from the day you receive your goods. That is referred to as a ‘cooling-off period’. You need to notify Bike Club that you wish to cancel your order within the time period either by emailing them at info@bikeclub.com or contacting them through live chat on their website.
The refund is processed immediately on their end, however, it can take up to 10 working days for your bank to process the refund.
