Buy a BT Mobile SIM Only or Family SIM plan during the offer period and you’ll get a full 30 days to try them. If you aren’t happy for any reason, just call them within 30 days of placing your order and they'll cancel your contract and refund your first monthly plan charge.
Not a problem, All you need to keep your number is a PAC code from your old mobile provider. A PAC code is a 9-character code, that allows them to transfer your number from your old provider to BT. Once you've activated your SIM you can give them your PAC code and the transfer usually takes 24 hours. They'll keep in touch with you to let you know what's happening.
You can only order one BT Mobile plan at a time, but you can come back later and order a second plan if you'd like. You're allowed up to five plans per account, but there's no limit to the number of people in a house that can order.
